Description

Slugs go for beer – and that is what this trap is built on. Its shape makes it easy to set into the soil at bed level, and when it is full you simply empty it and top it up again.

Benefits

  • Beer as bait – cheap and highly effective
  • The special shape makes it easy to set into the soil
  • Emptied and reused season after season
  • No chemicals in the vegetable garden

How to use it

Set the trap into the soil so the rim is flush with the surface, and fill it with beer. When the trap is full of drowned slugs, empty it and refill.
