Payment
22 Grader ApS accepts online payments by Klarna, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Your account is only charged when the goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed.
Orders under €15 are subject to a handling fee of €2.95.
Reservation of the amount
When a payment card is used – debit as well as credit – the purchase amount is reserved. The amount stays reserved until the shop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the amount is debited. The reservation period depends on the product.
Authorisation on debit cards
With a debit card you will see that the amount is reserved on your account and that your available balance is shown as lower. If you or the shop subsequently cancel the order, the shop cannot debit the amount, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can release the reservation.
Authorisation on credit cards
The amount is only debited from your account and shown in your overview once the shop processes and collects payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

22 Grader ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
The website of 22 Grader ApS likewise uses SSL encryption.
Delivery with GLS
Delivery takes 1–4 days with GLS.
This applies to items in stock and items in external warehouses that can be shipped with GLS.
A flat shipping rate of €7.50 per order applies regardless of weight.
In some cases your order may be sent in several parcels.
You can choose between delivery to a GLS parcel shop or delivery to your address – private or business.
You always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to you.
Right of withdrawal
You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal on goods bought on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You bear any return costs yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
Notice of withdrawal must reach us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the goods must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent by email to help@perimo.eu. The message must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
We only accept parcels sent directly to the address.
Withdrawal from part of the purchase
If you have bought several items from us, you may return one or more of them, even if they were bought in the same order.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you withdraw from only part of your purchase.
Condition of the goods on return
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means you may examine the goods in the same way you would in a physical shop.
If the goods have been tried beyond what is described above, they are considered used and of diminished value. This means that on withdrawal you will receive a smaller part, or nothing, of the purchase amount. It is for 22 Grader ApS to assess the condition of the goods.
We recommend returning the goods in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a diminished value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you get your money back. If the goods have diminished in value, we deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not, however, cover additional delivery costs where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received notice that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
We refund using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation that you have returned them.
Statutory guarantee
A two-year statutory guarantee applies from receipt of the goods. It covers all defects in materials and manufacture.
Defects must be reported to 22 Grader ApS within a reasonable time after you discover them. Notice given within two months of discovery is always considered timely. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The guarantee does not apply in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Perimo (22 Grader ApS) covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not resell personal data and do not pass your personal data to others; it is only held in our customer records. You can have your data deleted at any time.

Personal data is held by 22 Grader ApS for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
